Pintail Candles are made in the little fishing village of Flookburgh on Morecambe Bay. The Bay is an important home to a wide variety of wildfowl and as a keen birdwatchers, company owners named the business after the beautiful Pintail duck which nests in the surrounding wetlands and marshes. With their gorgeous colouring and elegance, the Pintail duck is the epitome of Pintail Candles.

True creative pioneers, Pintail Candles was one of the first in the UK to make candle tins, a product which they have been associated with ever since.
